Easter 2009
Easter Sunday was a beautiful day. We had an Easter lunch at our house. Nicholas had a
lot of fun running around the back yard hunting for plastic eggs filled with candy, Goldfish
crackers and money. We had the traditional Easter ham and I made two bunny cakes; one with
coconut “fur” and one without. Great fun!
“Grammy, you’re young!”
Party! I got to celebrate my 60th birthday with a party at Grandma Thomas’ house. (yummy Grandma rolls!) I got some fabulous presents, including gift cards for restaurants, coffee, and Nordstrom (Dave- you rock!) and a DVD of “Monster’s Inc.” which is one of Maddie’s faves. Also, a cute blue shirt from my mom, and Sue is planning a day for us to do fun things together. My best present was my wonderful family. Thanks for being such a great family everyone!
Disneyland 2009- Part one
I’m so lucky! We had a magical time with Nicholas and Natasha and their parents in Disneyland this past weekend. Nicholas loved the rides, especially the Teacups. Tashie was adorable; looking around and playing with whatever was within her reach. Here are the pictures! Family Portrait!

We had so much fun with little Madeline and her folks. I loved her little voice saying “Grammy, grammy!” We got to be great friends. I just wish we lived closer so we could see her all the time!
